<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://lauerfh.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/102_144246.jpg" alt="Rose Marie Enyart" />Rose Marie Enyart of Delton passed away suddenly at home at the age of 74.  She was born in Grand Rapids, MI on April 22, 1939 to Russel and Margaret Kiel. She was a graduate from the Hopkins School system. She married Richard L. Enyart on April 24, 1959.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren, reading and shopping.  She was a lifelong member of Yankee Springs Bible Church where she taught Sunday school for many years.  She was co-owner, with her husband Richard, of Mullenhurst Golf Course where many times she could be found working in the Pro Shop.   Rosie is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Kent (Ann) Enyart , Laurie VandenBerg and Denise (Mark) Chamberlin; grandchildren, Kerri, Erika, Josh, Chase, Lindsey, Caitlin and Macy; great-grandchildren, Kalli, Ashley, Tyson, Shawn, Bryson and Brayden; sister, Mary Lou (Gary) Belka; brothers, Don (Louise) Kiel and Russ Kiel; cousin, Janice Ertle.  Preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Jerry Kiel. Rosie is at the Lauer Family Funeral Home-Wren Chapel 1401 N. Broadway in Hastings where her family will receive friends on Friday May 24, 2013 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM.  Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Merritt Johnson officiating.  Interment will follow in Yankee Springs Cemetery. Riter of Battle Creek, passed away at the age of 62, on Wednesday May 22, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family.  He was born in Battle Creek, MI to Clarence and Elsie Riter on September 27, 1950. He worked as a handyman for most of his life in the Battle Creek area. He enjoyed family time, casinos, camping, fishing, playing cards and beer.  John is survived by his children, Teresa (Jeff Smith) Michela, Randy (Sarah) Riter and Crystal (Terry Meeusen, Jr.) Riter; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Fran (Dave) Mercer and Alice Paul; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers and a nephew. A Celebratory Open House in honor of John’s life will be held on Saturday June 1, 2013 from 3:00 – 6:00 PM at 19260 Jessup Road in Battle Creek, MI. Lauer Family Funeral Homes-Wren Chapel 1401 N. Bushinski age 81, of Jackson passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013 surrounded by his family.  Surviving are his children, Greg (Pam) Bushinski, Karen Bushinski, Mark (Erin) Bushinski, Kim Bushinski and Kevin (Cari) Bushinski; grandchildren, Brent, Ryan, Tyler, Kara, Meghan Cudworth, Erica Lesiewicz, Dane, Jacob and Abbie; 12 great grandchildren; sisters, Helen Bushinski and Rosemarie Murphy; sisters-in-law, Delores Kinrade and Patricia (James) Lammers; brother-in-law, Richard (Patricia) Rulewicz;  several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by parents, Carl and Vera Bushinski; wife, Joan; sisters, Irene Meicht, Florence Wilkins, Dorothy Slupsky and Julie Hamley; brother, John Bushinski.  Frank’s love in his life was being with his family that he was so proud of.  The things he enjoyed most were sharing stories, hunting, fishing and casinos.  He was a retired Iron Worker with the Iron Worker’s Local 25. Frank is at the Lauer Family Funeral Home in Jackson where his family will receive friends on Wednesday 2-4 &amp; 6-8 PM with a Rosary at 7:45 PM and at Our Lady of Fatima Church on Thursday at 10 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM with The Rev. <description><![CDATA[<img src="http://lauerfh.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/102_143159.jpg" alt="Doris Elaine Miller" />Doris Elaine Miller age 76 of Freeport passed away on May 6, 2013 at Pennock Hospital.

She was born on August 8th, 1936 in Ionia, MI to Lionel Ray and Lucille J. (Rousch) Normington. 

Doris married Donald Miller on December 5, 1958 and he preceded her in death on August 26, 1999.

Doris enjoyed sewing, crafts, playing cards, watching NASCAR, and loved spending time with family, children, and grandchildren.

She retired from Home Depot 7 years ago after 13 years of service.

Survived by her sons; Donald (Sharon) Miller of Middleville, Darwin (Annette) Miller of Riverview FL, David Miller of Freeport, daughters; Diane (Darrell) Hartman of Delton, Sue (Jeff) Beggs of Alto, sisters; Sandy (Ron) Hill of Belding Lois (Mark) Smith of Portland, brothers; Bob (Jan) Normington of Lyons, Dennis (Pam) Normington of Portland, grandchildren; Elizabeth, Abbie, Samantha, Doug, Travis, Austin, Zachary, and 8 great grandchildren.


Proceeded in death by parents; husband; Donald Miller, brother; Leon Nomington.

Special thanks to Ron and Chris Geiger for being such great neighbors and friends.  


The family will receive friends on Thursday May 9, 2013 from 5-8pm at Lauer Family Funeral  Homes- Wren Chapel located at 1401 N. Broadway in Hastings. <description><![CDATA[<img src="http://lauerfh.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/102_143301.jpg" alt="Sandra C. (Hotchkin, Blattner) Tennant" />Sandra C. Hotchkin Blattner Tennant, age 75, of Onondaga, formerly of Concord, passed away May 6, 2013.  Sandra was born September 23, 1937 in Concord the daughter of Leo and Grace Hotchkin.  She married Richard &quot;Bud&quot; Tennant on October 21, 2003 and he survives.

Sandra retired from Comerica Bank in Jackson and Concord in the mid 1980&#039;s after over 25 years of service.  After her retirement, Sandra worked at the Jackson Cracker Barrel for several years.  Sandra enjoyed sewing and taking care of her family.

Besides her husband Bud, Sandra is survived by her children: Mary Elizabeth (Jamie) Ley of Concord and John (Linda) Blattner of Litchfield; her step-children: Rebecca (Jim) Phillips of Rives Junction, Robert (Alison) Tennant of England, Daniel (Kandi) Tennant of Wyoming, Jolene Bills of Onondaga, Darr (Dana) Hoag of Rives Junction, Dorci (Mike) Franks of Eaton Rapids, Kyle (Lori) Fagan of Eaton Rapids, and Kari (Walt) Obrinski of Duck Lake; 2 grandsons: Brandon &amp; Trevor Ley; numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren; and 2 brothers: Gary and Kirk (Lisa) Hotchkin.  Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and her step-daughter: Jeana Rogers.

Funeral services for Sandra will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Lauer Family Funeral Home, Concord.  Visitation will be on Friday from 2-4 &amp; 6-8 PM.  Burial will be in Tompkins Cemetery.  Memorials in Sandra&#039;s name may be directed to the Concord United Methodist Church or the Onondaga Community Church. She was born to Roy Burt and Claribel Thelma (Fuller) Smith on October 14, 1927.

Donna loved to crochet, working with puzzles, playing rummy and enjoyed attending Positive Directions. 

Donna is survived by her sister; Carol (Lewis) Bolton and many nieces and nephews.

Preceeded in death by her parents, brothers; Robert Smith and Gordon Smith.

According to her wishes cremation has taken place.

Age 95.  Preceded in death by her husband Michael; sisters, Jane Karasek and Stasia Zlotorzynski; brothers, Charles Zlotorzynski, Edward Zlotorzynski, and Raymond Zlotorzynski. Surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Reggie was a lifetime member of St. Joseph Church where she belonged to the Holy Rosary Society and sang in the Choir since she was in grade school.  She was a retiree of Aeroquip.  Reggie is at Lauer Family Funeral Home in Jackson where her family will receive friends on Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM with a Rosary Society Rosary at 3:00 PM. A prayer Service will be held on Wednesday 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home with the Mass of Christian Burial following at St. Joseph Chapel at 10:30 AM with Fr. Robert Pienta officiating.  Interment St. John’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, memorial contributions to Our Lady of Victory Homes of Charity, c/o Rev. Msgr. Paul E. <description><![CDATA[<img src="http://lauerfh.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/102_141970.jpg" alt="Carlyn &quot;Tootsie&quot; Chatterton" />Carlyn “Tootsie” Chatterton of Middleville passed away Wednesday April 17, 2013 at the age of 81 after a long struggle with cancer.  She was born in Wellsville, New York to Foster and Jennie Manning on December 18, 1931.  
Tootsie graduated from High School in Hot Spring Arkansas, where she met and married her husband Sterling Chatterton on July 9, 1949. 
Together they retired in Winter Haven, Florida where they lived for 10 years until their health changed and they moved to Middleville.  
Everywhere Tootsie lived, she loved to lead Bible studies.  She studied nutrition her entire life and published a cookbook of nutritional mixes.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.  
Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Sterling; children, Ken (Rosy) Chatterton of Shelbyville, Karen (Jim) Wright of Brighton and Katie (Mike) Ambrose of Middleville; grandchildren, Jamie (Ron) Szopa, Amy (Greg) Kolar, Stacy Chatterton, Benjamin Wright, Beth Wright, Melanie (Matthew) Buckwheat, Timothy (Crystal) Ambrose and Michael Ambrose II; great-grandchildren, Isabella Szopa, Isabella Ambrose and Ellie Rose Buckwheat; brother, Foster (Patricia) Manning of Singapore.  
Preceded in death by her sister, Louise Alma Manning; brother, Leon Ray Manning; great-grandson, Nicholas John Veeninga.
 	Tootsie’s family will receive friends on Saturday April 20, 2013 from 10:00 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM at Lauer Family Funeral Homes-Wren Chapel 1401 N. Broadway in Hastings with Rev. Dr. Matthew Mangan officiating.

Surviving are his children, Gary Zlotorzynski, Elaine (Bob Leach) Grugel, Edward (Charlene Ludwig) Zlotorzynski all of Jackson, Cheryl (Fred) Nicely of Washington D.C.; granddaughters, Kristen Grugel, Kelly (Rocky) Staudinger and Leyna Zlotorzynski; great grandson, Grady Staudinger and another due in July; sister, Regina Paskett; and sister-in-law, Orma Jurewicz; special cousin, Stasia Malaszewska; several nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Cecelia; sisters, Stasia Zlotorzynski and Jane Karasek; brothers, Raymond Zlotorzynski and Charles Zlotorzynski. Edward was a retiree of Diecast Corporation.  He was a lifelong member of St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish and Polish Falcons Nest 336.  He enjoyed fishing with his nephew Ron Karasek, watching Detroit Tigers Baseball and spending time with his family and friends.  Edward is at the Lauer Family Funeral Home in Jackson where his family will receive friends on Sunday 2-4 &amp; 6-8 PM with a Rosary at 3:30 PM.  A Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 9:30 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stanislaus Kostka Chapel at 10 AM with The Rev. Richard Eberle officiating.
